Glen Pavlovich, the Premier Ford Sales Manager in Waukesha, Brookfield, and all of the Milwaukee Metro is happily employed at Griffin Ford in Waukesha.
This is not an accident.
After being out of the car industry for a year, he decided to re-enter automobile sales under very specific conditions. First, the dealer for whom he worked had to have a great reputation in the community. Second, the company had to be locally owned. Lastly, the atmosphere of the dealership needed to be supportive and considerate for both its employees and its customers.
He found all of this close to home, at Griffin Ford of Waukesha.
Glen’s story in automobile sales began in Bessemer, Michigan for Bessemer Auto, a former Ford franchise dealership with roots dating back to the 1920s. At Bessemer Auto, Glen learned the car business from the second generation owner, John “Rocky” Racovitis. From Rocky, Glen learned that focusing first on the customer and their needs creates loyalty that is vital to the success of a dealership and the automobile industry itself.
It is with this foundation in the car industry that when Glen moved to Waukesha he explored selling for other franchise dealerships such as Infiniti and Chevrolet as well as Suzuki and Hino heavy-duty trucks.
Eventually, it became clear that people love owning cars, love getting new cars, but typically hate the process of buying them. Solving that problem became Glen’s obsession.
Glen’s professional approach to helping his customers and clients is rather simple:
If you would like to experience this level attention when you purchase your next vehicle, we recommend you contact Glen Pavlovich of Griffin Ford.
In 2019 Glen was promoted to Sales Manager at Griffin Ford and now helps train, encourage and lead the sales professionals at the dealership. As before, his primary goal is to ensure that customers have a professional and unmatched sales experience. Now, he can work to ensure every customer experiences this kind of attention.
