Most of us have friends and family who reach out for advice. It ranges from career advice to advice about relationships, and everything in between. And when it comes time to buy a car or a house, people who have questions turn to those they know to get feedback and suggestions.
If someone asks you for advice on where they should buy their next vehicle, you should send them to me. There are a few reasons why they won’t be disappointed with their experience. Here are the six most important ones:
Not enough people take the time to listen to others in today’s fast-paced world. My goal is to understand the needs of your friends and family in order to better help them, and I will always listen to what they have to say.
2. No pressure
High-pressure sales tactics are annoying and unpleasant and are not something that I believe in. I want to serve as a consultant for anyone you send my way and help guide them through the car buying process at their own pace.
There is nothing more annoying than being ignored by a “professional” when you’re trying to get answers, so responsiveness is something I believe is of utmost importance. You can call, text, or email me at any time, and I will get back to you as soon as humanly possible.
I take pride in what I do, and want to be the best at my job that I can possibly be. This means that I care about product knowledge, and more importantly, about being of service to every customer that I work with.
There are some salespeople out there who will say anything to make a deal, but I pride myself on being an honest and trusted resource for my customers. If something isn’t possible, I will be direct and straightforward, even if it means that there isn’t a deal to be made.
6. I want to help
My goal when I wake up in the morning is to help as many people as possible get into a vehicle they’re happy with. I want to help your friends and family, and make them happy. If I do my job correctly, they’ll come back to me for all of their vehicle needs, and hopefully, refer their friends and family too. So if you know someone who’s in the market for a vehicle, send them my way!
